CLINICAL          -Utilize eclectic approaches to treat a  broad spectrum of psychological

                   disorders, PTSD, hypertension and cancer) in a Private Practice setting

SUPERVISION/      -Debrief police, fire fighters, therapists, and EMT’s after critical incidents.       

TRAINING          -Oversaw Psychologists and LPC’s through postgraduate supervision.

                  -Directed workshops on codependency, stress management, crisis

                   intervention and job survival skills.

                  -Trained management personnel to recognize and intervene with

                   employees suspected of alcohol/drug abuse.

                  -Spearheaded a 25 member management assessment team.



ADMINISTRATION    -Empanelled with over 45 preferred provider organizations

                  -Budgeted and administered a million dollar employment program.

                  -Designed, authored grants to fund, and initiated start up of a variety of                    

                   community service programs.

                  -Analyzed data, designed methodology and authored reports on over 30
