Dear Clients:

As some of you know, I have recently had some health problems and my Physician has strongly advised me to cut back my work hours.  
Fewer appointments coupled with a high demand, means that I need to take full advantage of the time I spend in the office.  In 
order to work everyone into my schedule I have changed my policy regarding my Late Cancel / Missed Appointment Fee, effective immediately.

The first instance of a Late Cancel / Missed Appointment will result in a reminder.  The fee for subsequent instances will be the 
allowable fee set by your insurance company.  If you are self-pay, the Late Cancel / Missed Appointment Fee will be your regular payment amount.

A Late Cancel / Missed Appointment Fee is any appointment that you scheduled, did not attend and did not cancel 24 hours prior to the appointment time.

Please understand, when you schedule an appointment that time is reserved for you and you alone. It is your time whether you are present or not.  
Timely notice of your inability to keep an appointment will make it possible to offer that time to someone else.
